HI FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
First week of the transfers is already over! And it's
been super great… we have a four- sister apartment with one bathroom and it's a
little crammed sometimes but we make it work. All of the Hermanas are super
cute, the baby (youngest missionary) that just came into the mission is from
Germany and she speak English as a second language and she's having to learn
Spanish from English and not German which is her first language and YES she's
incredible. It's kind of weird having a baby come in, and I'm not a baby
anymore. It's been humbling just seeing the progress I've been able to make in
such little time. The Lord truly does help his missionaries. I am just so
grateful for the spirit as I learn to rely on the Lord to help me speak to the
people here in Spain.
So, we were able to teach Gustavo this week and it was an
incredible lesson, it was the type of lesson where my companion and I didn't
know what we said afterward because the spirit was guiding us the entire time.
Filadelfia is progressing slowly, she does not have a lot
of time to meet with us and I've had to remember that everyone has their own
timing of their conversion. We are continuing to invite her to read and pray
and now it is in her hands.
We've been having lots of miracles this week, we had a
hard time finding people and on Thursday, we had only found one new investigator,
BUT Friday and Saturday we were able to find 8 new people in two days! It was
such a miracle. God really does put people in our path that need to hear from
us.
This church is true and I'm so grateful for the knowledge
that we have of this gospel, it is Christ's church and it has been restored.
I love you all!!!
