Hello!!!
This week has been great,
it's a new transfer and I'm staying in Sabadell with my companion!! And I'm
super happy because I know there's still work we need to do here! Also, there
are two sisters coming to live in our piso (apartment) with us. It's going to
be a little cramped but I'm really excited!
This
week we met with Filadelfia, she is super busy so it was a miracle to be able
to meet with her! We taught her lesson 3 and the spirit was so strong. She's
also coming to church and reading the Book of Mormon. She knows the important of
baptism so we're just helping her to get the testimony she needs to make this
covenant.
Also,
Gustavo is making progress, we were having a hard time getting him to read the
Book of Mormon and while we were teaching him in the church we felt that we
needed to invite a certain member in with us and the member said exactly what
he needed to hear and he is now reading the Book of Mormon and it was a
miracle.
So
just a quick spiritual thought. I love this quote about the Book or Mormon.
“The
Book of Mormon is one of God's priceless gifts to us. It is both sword and
stone- it sends the word of God into battle to fight for the hearts of the just
and serves as an arch defender of truth. As Saints, we have not only the
privilege to defend the Book of Mormon but also the opportunity to take the
offense to preach with power its divine doctrine and bear testimony of its
crowning witness of Jesus Christ.”
The
Book of Mormon is the word of God and it truly testifies of Christ. Read it
daily, and share it with others.
